"A detached 3/5 bedroom bungalow set in 1.25 acre which borders with the River Thames and has stunning views towards the Wittenham Clumps. The property benefits from a self contained annex, oak framed double carport and self contained office with superfast broadband. The property has been improved by the current owners and has further potential to extend into the roof subject to planning.
From the entrance the hallway turns left past a useful WC and into an inner hall/study area with access to three bedrooms and the family bathroom with separate shower. All three bedrooms are doubles and the master bedroom has plentiful build in storage and refitted en-suite bathroom with separate shower and feature stained glass window. French doors lead out to a decking area covered by a grape vine and which also houses a hot tub.
The kitchen/breakfast room was opened up and refitted in January 2015 with new wall and base units with tiled floor and range cooker. This room connects to a useful utility room with access to the rear garden. The kitchen also has French doors out to the rear garden and leads directly into an open plan dining room with wooden floors and slate fireplace with limestone surround. The popular village of Dorchester on Thames has a thriving village community and offers a variety of public houses and restaurants as well as a post office, co-op and hairdressers.

Nearby Little Wittenham has the Wittenham Clumps and a large area of surrounding countryside for excellent country walked. Buses are available in the village to schools in Henley and Oxford

The generous rear garden is a private expanse that is mainly laid to lawn with fence and tree borders which borders with the River Thames and has stunning countryside views towards the Wittenham Clumps. The garden has gated access on both sides and a large decking area to the rear of the property. To the left of the garden as you head toward the river is a walled vegetable garden and entertaining space with electricity and lighting. The garden is interspersed with several fruit trees including apples (cooking and eating), green gauge plumbs and Morello cherries. There is also a working dug well with an electric pump and additional vegetable beds. At the river bank is a summerhouse overlooking the river itself and a jetty to the water.
