"REFURBISHED SEMI; THREE BEDROOMS; NO CHAIN- Beautifully presented throughout is this well proportioned three bedroom semi which comprises a large reception area which could double up as a dining space. There is a separate living room plus a good size modern fitted kitchen with oven, hob and hood to remain. The first floor has the aforementioned three bedroom

(two doubles and one single) plus a re-fitted bathroom/WC with shower over the bath. There are a good range of storage cupboards throughout the property. Externally there is a generous enclosed front garden and the rear has areas of patio, stone chippings and lawn again enclosed by timber fencing.
