"WEST END LOCATION; TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS; IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED - Situated in this sought after location within a stone's throw of Porthkerry Park is this traditional bay fronted terraced property offering no onward chain. Downstairs there is an entrance hallway, through lounge/dining room plus an extended kitchen/breakfast room. To the first floor are the aforementioned two double bedrooms plus a large white bathroom/WC with separate shower cubicle. Outside there is a forecourt and fully enclosed courtyard style rear garden with lane access.
