"THREE GOOD SIZE BEDROOMS; GENEROUS REAR GARDEN; GARAGE - A generally well presented three bedroom terraced property which comprises an entrance hallway, large lounge/dining room a re-fitted kitchen in laminated white units; the first floor has a large white bathroom/WC with separate shower cubicle and three good size bedrooms - two doubles and a large single.  Outside there is a good size rear garden with areas of patio plus further level garden area.  To the rear there is a single garage accessed via rear lane.  The property benefits from UPVC double glazed windows and external doors and is gas centrally heated by means of a combi boiler.
