"Located in a central position within Low Fell, we are delighted to offer for sale this extended house which will be sure to appeal to both a couple and a family. The house has been extended to the kitchen and is very well presented throughout we therefore have no hesitation in recommending an internal viewing. The accommodation briefly comprises; reception hallway, lounge, dining room/second family room and kitchen with dining area. Upstairs there is three bedrooms (two double) and a four piece family bathroom/wc. Off road parking is provided with a garage and driveway. Gardens are located to both sides. Viewing is highly recommended.

There is a double glazed window and a chrome towel rail. The floor is tiled and there is partly tiled walls. Garage 3.48 x 3.44 (11'5' x 11'3') The garage is accessed via an up and over door, there is direct internal access into the house with a door which leads into the breakfasting kitchen.
