"An impressive 1930's semi detached house on a lovely garden plot which gives the perfect blend of traditional features and modern fittings. The house is located on the popular Church Road and we highly recommend a viewing in order to appreciate the tranquil garden setting. The house briefly comprises; entrance lobby, reception hallway, dining room, lounge, conservatory and kitchen. Upstairs there is access to three good sized bedrooms and a stunning four piece family bathroom/wc with tasteful tiled floor and walls. Externally there are very mature and established gardens to both sides, the rear garden is facing a westerly aspect and a garage and driveway provide the home with off road parking. This home is fitted with gas combi central heating and double glazed windows. The property is located with excellent commuting links for Low Fell, the A1 and Newcastle City Centre.
