SITUATION Nettleton House is conveniently situated in a position that is both 'tucked away' yet close to Totnes town centre amenities. Totnes is a medieval market town on the river Dart with a unique character and culture, as characterised by its individual range of shops and cafes etc. There are both primary and secondary schools within easy reach as well as a mainline railway station. Pleasant walks on the banks of the river Dart are nearby. DESCRIPTION This well presented reverse level conversion has nicely proportioned accommodation with two double bedrooms and a modern bathroom on the ground floor.
