"Description    Olandi is an end of terrace individual house built in recent years offering versatile accommodation over three floors and in excellent decorative order throughout. The property has the benefit of gas fired central heating via radiators and double glazed windows throughout.

Situation    Parsons Place is situated on the popular southern side of Tonbridge within half a mile of Tonbridge mainline station with its service and trains to London (Charing Cross and Cannon Street) and the High Street with its comprehensive shopping facilities, recreational amenities, bus services to the surrounding districts and various pubs and restaurants. Tonbridge offers schools for all ages (both state and private). The A21 lies to the south of the town providing access to London and linking to the M25 orbital motorway.
