"An opportunity to purchase this well presented three bedroom home in the delightful village of Topcliffe. The home offers excellent accommodation and must be viewed. The home comprises of Entry hall, Lounge with open fire, Dining Kitchen, Utility room, Two Bedrooms and Bathroom to the first floor and a large attic room to the second which the vendors utilise as a bedroom. To the rear, there is a courtyard garden and large outbuilding.

LOCATION The village of Topcliffe offers a host of amenities which include a village shop, local doctors surgery, primary school and village pubs. There is also excellent access to the A19 / A1 for the commuter.
This particular home is located on Church Street, opposite the church. ENTRY Entry to the home is through a timber entry door leading into the homes reception hall. Still retaining the original tessellated flooring access is to the Lounge, Dining kitchen and the first floor accommodation.
