"Situated on an outstanding plot extending to 0.45 of an acre is this delightful four bedroom detached house that offers around 2000 square feet of accommodation, double garage, exceptional landscaped garden and located just 500 metres from the town centre. The property was built in 1998 by a highly regarded local house builder, Colburn Homes and provides beautifully presented living space arranged over two floors comprising on the ground floor a lovely sitting room with oak flooring, open fire and two sets of double doors that open into a fabulous timber framed garden room with flagstone flooring, underfloor heating and limestone window sills. The kitchen breakfast room features a full complement of hand painted bespoke units, granite / solid wood worktops, integrated appliances and flagstone flooring.

The Old Rope Walk is a private residential road
consisting of five similar sized houses and situated just 500m away from the town square. Tetbury itself is a South Cotswold market town which still retains much of its 17th Century character and provides a comprehensive range of shopping, leisure facilities and schooling with various leisure activities in the surrounding area. Tetbury is situated about 5 miles North-West of Malmesbury and 10 miles South-West of Cirencester, and the M4/M5 motorways are both accessible. Kemble (7 miles) provides a regular rail service to London, Paddington approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. Bath, Bristol, Swindon and Cheltenham are all within a 25 mile radius.
