Situation

Coalbrookdale is a long established locality nestling in the wooded slopes of The Dale and close to the Ironbridge Gorge, a little over four miles south west of the wide range of facilities at Telford town centre. The area was at the heart of the Industrial Revolution, which in 1779 resulted in the world’s first iron bridge being constructed over the River Severn at nearby Ironbridge, and with the Gorge and the local museums forming part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, is now recognised as a premier tourist area.

 

The property

Is situated in a courtyard position with the benefit of having an off road parking space.  The accommodation comprises an open plan kitchen/diner which has access leading to the living room where there is a living flame effect gas fire with brick feature surround and staircase ascending to the first floor.

 

On the first floor there are two bedrooms and bathroom/wc.  The bathroom/wc has a white suite comprising the usual facilities with the benefit of having a shower over the bath.

 

Outside

There is no garden, however, there is a small front and rear patio area; there is an allocated parking space situated in a courtyard.

 

How to get there – from Ironbridge proceed along The Wharfage; at the mini roundabout (by the Teddy Bear Shop) turn right into Dale Road  where the archway leading to the property is on the left hand – the property is on the left hand side indicated by a Nick Tart for sale board.

 

Tenure – we are advised the property is Freehold.  However, there is a service charge which the vendors advise us is approximately £200 per annum payable to hlm Property Management.
