"This substantial detached bungalow is quietly situated in a premier elevated position at South Swanage within easy reach of Durlston Country Park and spectacular Jurassic coastal walks, with panoramic views over Swanage Bay, Ballard Down and the Hampshire coastline. Greenhaven has been owned by the same family since it was built in the 1960/70s and is in need of updating. The interior is exceptionally spacious providing versatile family accommodation and the loft area is suitable for conversion, subject to planning consent.

Swanage lies at the eastern tip of the Isle of Purbeck delightfully situated between the Purbeck Hills. To the South of the town, is the Durlston Country Park renowned as the gateway for exploring the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site offering coastal walking, stunning views, a wildlife haven and visitor centre. Swanage has a fine, safe, sandy beach, and is an attractive mixture of old stone cottages and more modern properties, all of which blend in well with the peaceful surroundings. It has a popular steam railway through to Corfe Castle all year round which connects to Wareham and the mainline train service to London Waterloo during the summer season, Victorian Pier and Heritage Centre.
