"This large detached property is situated in a convenient position approximately half a mile from the town centre and within easy reach of local convenience stores and open country. The original property is thought to have been built around the turn of the 20th Century although extended in more recent times. It is of brick construction with stone dressings, under a pitched roof covered with tiles and flat secondary roof to the rear. The property has recently been used for commercial purposes however we are of the opinion that it is eminently suitable to be turned back into a family house or conversion/re-development into residential apartments, subject to planning consent.

The property is offered For Sale by Tender and interested applicants are required to submit their best and final bids on a tender form, which is available from our office upon request, in a sealed envelope clearly marked, Tender for 271 High Street, Swanage, by no later than 12 Noon, Friday 26 November 2010.
