"On stepping over the threshold into this well presented home, the first thing that strikes you is the lightness of accommodation on offer. The reception hall is an open welcoming space featuring parquet flooring which continues beneath the carpets into the lounge and dining room. A large downstairs cloakroom also has a built in coats cupboard. The living room and dining room are effectively open plan and L-shaped whilst the sitting room enjoys an open fireplace and double glazed French doors to the rear garden. There is also a separate study.

The kitchen is fitted with a range of cream with wood trim units. There is a built in 4-burner gas hob with oven below & filter hood over whilst there are spaces for dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Two cupboards incorporate a shelved larder and another housing the Worcester gas boiler which was replaced in 2012 (also replaced were the radiators).

A dog-legged staircase leads to the first floor landing with a double width airing cupboard housing the hot water cylinder and shower pump for the en-suite. The master bedroom enjoys views over the rear and there is a wall of fitted mirrored wardrobes. The en-suite shower room is fitted with a modern white suite including twin basins and shower cubicle with power shower unit. The other three bedrooms are all very good sizes - two large doubles and whilst the fourth would probably be used as a single room, could accommodate a double bed if required. The family bathroom is fitted with a white suite and is fully tiled."
