"Sitting in a wonderfully peaceful setting opposite Westfield Common, this is a hugely versatile detached bungalow of enormously light and airy accommodation that, as with all bungalows, has a great deal of flexibility to the way in which it can be used. Throughout the property, the emphasis is very much on rooms that are exceptionally light and airy with all of the principal rooms looking out over the beautifully private and secluded rear garden that is without doubt part of the attraction of the whole.

The majority of the accommodation is laid out leading from a welcoming reception hall where, at the far end, there is a very comfortably proportioned sitting/dining room which runs front to back and is ideally positioned next to the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted out with a comprehensive range of units and various integrated appliances as well as a large breakfast bar area and an attractive outlook over the front. Off the kitchen, there is a large further reception room which the current owner uses as a home office but could equally well be a formal dining room or indeed, a fourth bedroom if preferred. This is a very light and airy room with a door that leads out onto the rear garden.
