"One of the first points of note is just how large the principal sitting room is. Stretching from the front to the back of the house, this well proportioned lounge/dining room enjoys front and rear aspect windows incorporating sliding double glazed patio doors to the rear, and a marble style display-only fireplace. A connecting door leads to what is either a separate dining room or family room, also with garden views. There is a third reception room in the form of a study to the front. The kitchen is fitted with a modern range of wood style base and eye level cupboards and drawers with roll top worksurfaces and inset 4 burner gas hob with separate eye level double oven and space and plumbing for washing machine. A separate utility room has plumbing for a dishwasher, sink unit and space for fridge/freezer. There is a door to the side and a wall mounted modern gas boiler. If a larger kitchen is required there are a number of potential ways of doing this, by either extending into the utility room, into the garage or even opening up the family room. Further accommodation on the ground floor includes a downstairs cloakroom.

A turning staircase leads to the first floor landing and the four bedrooms. The two principal rooms are fitted with a comprehensive range of furniture including wardrobes and overhead storage cupboards. The master bedroom enjoys its own en-suite bathroom facilities. Bedrooms three and four are good sized single rooms but equally could afford a double bed if required (perhaps in the case of the fourth bedroom, by removing the fitted wardrobe). The family bathroom is fitted with a modern suite with an electric shower unit over the bath and almost fully tiled walls.
