"Built in 2013 by the renowned local builder William Lacey Group this is a modern mid terrace home built to the Code 4 sustainable homes level 3-4 for carbon saving making them economical homes in which to live but also ones that are very nicely finished to an exacting specification. Features that are worthy or note when it comes to the energy efficiency of the house include photovoltaic roof panels, extremely high levels of insulation, rainwater harvesting and a heat recovery ventilation system. This has been combined with accommodation that is notably light and airy throughout and the result is an extremely attractive as well as energy efficient home. On the ground floor, there is a large sitting/dining room with ample space for a large dining table as well as a door that leads out onto the rear garden. The kitchen is superbly fitted out with a whole range of high gloss units and an integrated gas hob, oven and fridge/freezer and has a delightful open outlook to the front across the small green. On the first floor, both of the bedrooms are very comfortable doubles with the master looking out over the open space at the front and the second bedroom overlooks the rear garden. In between is a very nicely fitted out family bathroom with part tiled walls and a white contemporary suite. At the back of the house there is a small well enclosed garden with a gate at the rear which leads out to an allocated parking space. Without question, part of the pleasure of these houses is the location which is quietly situated within easy reach of Woking town centre and its excellent commuter station that runs a fast and very frequent service into Waterloo. Woking town has been the subject of very considerable investment in recent years and the result is a busy and cosmopolitan centre with a wide and eclectic array of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops as well as the New Victoria theatre and multi screen cinema in the Peacocks centre. Close by there are numerous schooling options in both the private and state sector and also within a short walk is Woking leisure centre and Pool in the Park."
