"The Moorlands is a quiet and extremely convenient location in Old Woking that is within easy reach of an excellent range of local shops and also within striking distance of Woking town centre. The current owners have spent a great deal of time and effort in thoughtfully updating the house with great attention to detail and the result is a terrifically light and airy feel and a house into which an incoming buyer could move extremely easily. Thanks to a garage conversion at the back of the house, there is also a certain degree of versatility to the way in which the accommodation can be used and this undoubtedly works extremely well in terms of the needs of modern day family living.

The feeling of light and space is immediately apparent right from the start where a large open plan dining hall is flooded with natural light through a deep bay window and creates a hugely attractive first impression. This is a very flexible space that is currently used by the owners to great effect as a dining room. On the back of the house, the sitting room has been extended to create a larger than average room which leads out through large doors onto the rear garden. In the centre, there is a gas fireplace which creates an excellent focal point for what is a very warm and comfortable room. Adjacent to this, the kitchen has been comprehensively refitted with an excellent range of units and includes various built in appliances such as a stainless steel oven and hob and a fitted dishwasher. The kitchen leads into a very useful utility room which has doors to the rear garden as well as the front of the house and leads through an inner lobby to a garage conversion. This room could be used as an occasional guest bedroom as it has its own adjacent shower room but would equally well make an excellent family room/games room if preferred.

Upstairs, the bedrooms continue in the same exceptionally light and airy vein with the master bedroom on the front also having a deep bay window as well as a range of built in wardrobes. The second bedroom on the back likewise has a substantial built in storage cupboard while the third bedroom, adjacent to this, also overlooks the rear garden. The bathroom has been refitted with a very attractive white contemporary suite. All in all, this is a very comfortable family home that sits in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac setting."
