"A charming Edwardian detached 4 bedroom family home in a highly regarded private road in a village location with commuter links to Guildford and London.

DETAILS The Loft comprises a beautifully appointed detached family home with pleasing white painted brick elevations to the front. The property has been extended, with the main portion dating back to 1905, retaining the period charm with sash windows and panelled doors. The house provides excellent family and entertaining accommodation with three separate reception rooms. The sitting room has a feature fireplace with log burning stove, brick surround and an oak bressumer above together with doors leading to the staircase, kitchen, family room and dining room. The dining room is double aspect with gas fire and stone surround and has doors leading out onto the conservatory. The kitchen/breakfast room is comprehensively fitted with a range of Shaker style cabinets, built-in Stoves double oven, 4 ring gas hob, integrated dishwasher and space for a fridge freezer. There is an archway to the breakfast room with both rooms having tiled floors and a door through to the utility room with stainless steel sink and space and plumbing for a washing machine and tumble dryer and wall mounted gas boiler. There is also a downstairs bathroom which has been recently refitted with a white suite with a roll top bath and chrome hand towel rail. On the first floor the master bedroom has a cast iron fireplace. Bedroom 2, again a double bedroom, has a large eaves storage cupboard ideal for conversion to an ensuite subject to the relevant permissions. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have built-in wardrobes.
