"We are proud to present to you a wonderful executive family home located in one of the most desirable locations in central Woking situated approximately 0.2 miles from Woking station. This property truly oozes a mix of character and contemporary charm which is personified throughout this delightful home.

This home is presented with ample reception rooms, with features such as a wood burning fireplace which is centrally situated in a spacious living room. This then opens up to an airy, spacious and well presented conservatory which was built in 2002 and is installed with thermostat controlled under floor heating. Conservatory has bi fold doors that open onto a magnificent south west facing garden, used many a time for entertaining over the years and has become the focal point of family events.

Additional to this is an open and spacious kitchen/diner with built in integral appliances finished to a very high standard with granite worktops, under floor heating and a dedicated dinning area with continuity of modern bi-fold doors opening to the garden.

Further to this there is a downstairs WC, study/office room and integral garage which is of an adequate size.

The first floor is very well proportioned with four double bedrooms and a family bathroom with ample inbuilt cupboards.

The Master Bedroom is a large double bedroom with a walk in wardrobe/dressing area with the perfect amenity of a full bathroom ensuite with under floor heating and Jacuzzi bath.

The loft conversion consists of the 5th Double Bedroom with an additional study room which has been used by the current vendors for the children's play/study.

WHAT THE OWNERS SAY:

We purchased the property because of its close proximity to Woking train station and town centre, the appeal of its 1920s style, ample parking and private garden. The south side of Woking is also generally favoured because of its good schools, park and leisure centres. We have looked to preserve the original style whilst providing a modern open plan layout with facilities such as mega flow system, under floor heating and wood burning stove. Despite being extended, the rooms flow naturally off the hall and landing. This combination in a house approaching 2,400 square foot so close to the town centre is what makes this family some attractive.

Internal viewings are highly recommended. For further information or to arrange a viewing please call Carson & Co. on 01483 773101.
