"Gresham Mill is a stunning and utterly unique collection of 70 apartments and 18 townhouses that is set in just over 7 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Approached by a long driveway, the beautiful fa?ade of the old Gresham Printworks dominates the development and immediately creates the feeling that this is, in very many ways, a very special setting.

Throughout the property, rooms that are beautifully proportioned are also flooded with natural light thanks to large floor to ceiling windows and doors which also make the most of the delightful views of the original building and the grounds. These townhouses, when originally built, were finished to an exacting specification with great attention to detail and a high quality finish and this fact is still very apparent today in this particular property which has been beautifully cared for by our clients during their time there. The accommodation is laid out over three floors and has a certain degree of flexibility to the way in which it can be used, depending upon the needs of the incoming buyer. On the ground floor, the open plan style lends itself to a number of different interpretations and consists of a sitting area to one end, a large dining area in the middle which leads into the kitchen where there is also room for a further breakfast table. The kitchen is fitted out with an excellent range of high-gloss units and various integrated appliances along with granite worktops. From the breakfast area there are double opening doors that lead out onto the rear garden making this a very workable indoor/outdoor space particularly during the Spring and Summer months.

On the first floor there is a wonderfully light and airy sitting room with sliding double doors that lead out onto a balcony which makes a delightful spot to sit and look out at the original building. On the back there is a very nicely proportioned double bedroom with a large Juliet balcony while in between the family bathroom is beautifully fitted out with a white contemporary suite.

On the top floor the master bedroom, like the sitting room, has large sliding doors that lead out onto a delightful balcony and likewise has a fabulous feeling of light and space while on the back the last of the bedrooms is likewise a very comfortable double and also has a large Juliet balcony. Throughout the house high ceilings further add to the genuine feeling of room here, all of which is undoubtedly part of what makes this such a superb townhouse."
