There is a triple aspect sitting room with coal effect gas fire and doors to the garden. The kitchen/dining room is triple aspect and is well fitted with a range of white storage cupboards and drawers and integrated appliances including Rangemaster cooker, microwave, dishwasher and American-style fridge/freezer. There is ample room for a table and chairs and a door leads to the garden. To the first floor is a master bedroom with en suite shower room, 3 further bedrooms and a bathroom.

Situation
The property is situated in a tucked-away location in the heart of Old Woking which has a good selection of shops for daily needs. Guildford and Woking (within 7 miles and 3 miles respectively) have extensive shopping, social, educational and recreational amenities and both provide fast main line services to Waterloo. The A3 can be reached within 5 miles for access to London and the M25.
