"Situated in a semi rural location, on the outskirts of Send, this is a 3 bedroom semi detached home that is within easy reach of both Send and Ripley villages. The house is at a stage in its life now where it requires a programme of general modernisation and updating and as such, there is a opportunity for an incoming buyer to modernise the house entirely to their own taste and specification. On the ground floor, there is a large sitting room with a central fireplace and a substantial double glazed picture window that overlooks the front and which allows in a great deal of light.
