"Little if anything has been overlooked during the modernisation programme that Baswich has recently undergone. Our clients have been careful to ensure that the finish results in light, bright accommodation throughout, and we believe they have succeeded particularly well in their objective. The bedroom accommodation is to the left hand side of the entrance hall whilst most of the living accommodation is straight ahead and to the right. In respect of the living spaces, there are 3 individual reception rooms that offer a variety of uses, so flexibility of layout is key here. Some of the principal features include a recessed gas ceramic log fireplace with limestone style edgings to the living room, glazed inter-connecting doors allowing a large ingress of light and attractive internal wood doors with beading feature. One of the wow factors here is undoubtedly the sun room with its 5-panel bi-folding doors that give the feel of bringing the garden right inside the house, and the large roof lantern, again drawing plenty of light in. The kitchen/dining room is impressively fitted with a comprehensive range of gloss white units with integral appliances that include full height adjacent fridge and separate freezer, 4-burner induction hob & double oven below and a dishwasher.

The master bedroom suite incorporates a dressing room leading to the en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is well proportioned given that all the wardrobe storage is within the dressing area - which incoporates a range of fitted furniture. The bathroom is very well appointed with a white suite incorporating a double width shower cubicle with power shower unit, in addition to further quality sanitary ware. Both the other two bedrooms would accommodate a double bed although the third bedroom would also double up as a very good study. The family bathroom is also fitted with quality sanitary ware and both bathrooms incorporate ceramic tiled walls and flooring.

Further features include a new gas central heating system to radiators, new sealed unit double glazing throughout, new wiring and plumbing, all kitchen units and appliances and all bathroom and sanitary ware and tiling are brand new as are all the carpets and decor. It is conceivable that if desired, you may also be able to extend into the loft space to create 2 further rooms, subject to building regulations and some reconfiguration of the ground floor accommodation to afford a staircase."
