"Ellingham was built in the mid-80's and still looks fresh and modern today. A well looked after carpeted communal hallway and staircase with polished mahogany style balustrade leads to the first floor landing and the flat itself. Once inside the apartment an entrance hall with coats cupboard provides access to the sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. The reception is excellent in size and provides comfortable sitting as well as dining areas. One of the principle features of this flat is that both the sitting room and double bedroom feature a deep recessed full-height bay with twin opening doors with Juliet balcony beyond. There is also a very deep built in storage cupboard. The kitchen is off the sitting room and is fitted with a modern range of cream fronted units and roll top worksurfaces. There is a built in 4-burner gas hob with oven/grill below. The bathroom is fitted with a white suite with a shower off the taps. Heating is a via a gas fired system to radiators. Outside, to the rear is a large parking lot which whilst non-allocated to the flats there always appears to be plenty of parking space. Good sized and well maintained communal lawns are also to the rear.

Lease: The lease began on 22 May 2009 for a period of 99 years.
