"We suspect most families will find more than enough accommodation on offer at this detached home. Originally built, we believe, in the 1950's and since extended to both the front, side and rear. Accessed via a bright ceramic tiled floored entrance hall where there is a modern downstairs cloakroom, to your left are three reception rooms one of which is clearly going to be your sitting room. With front bay and rear aspect windows this room includes an exposed brick and quarry tiled surround fireplace with gas coal effect fire making it a cosy room in the winter months. Extended beyond this room are two further reception rooms which could be utilised as a study, office, dining room or family room - your choice. A connecting room from the hallway has been adapted as a 'bar' and gives access via an archway to the large UPVC double glazed conservatory. This has, in the past, been used as the principal dining room and has a ceiling mounted fan-light, wall mounted lighting and v a wall mounted Myson remote operated heater is connected to the main heating system. Two sets of double doors open onto the gardens. The kitchen is divided into two distinct areas, extended at the far end to create a bright area for hob cooking with a 5 ring Bosch hob, extractor hood over. In the main section, there is a double oven/grill, built in freezer and space for upright American style fridge/freezer and a slimline dishwasher. The comprehensive range of units are of a dark wood grain and finished with a contrasting work-surface. A door leads both to rear and the front of the house, the front of which takes you into an ideal area for dustbin storage as well as a door into the garage.

The staircase to the first floor gives access to all five bedrooms, all of which are a good size. The master is fitted with a comprehensive range of wardrobes and cupboards, chest of drawers etc with a laminated floor. A door gives access to the en-suite bathroom, a luxurious room with large jucuzzi style corner bath and separate fully tiled shower cubicle. The walls are fully ceramic tiled. Each of the other bedrooms (all of which would accommodate a double bed) are fitted with a comprehensive range of furniture. A separate fully tiled and modern shower room completes the first floor accommodation."
