"This excellent 3 bedroom end-of-terrace modern home is ready and waiting to be moved straight into. The property has just been completely redecorated and re-carpeted so it feels almost like a brand new house. The accommodation is spacious and well planned and includes a good sized entrance hall off which is downstairs cloakroom. The front facing kitchen is fitted with a comprehensive range of white wood grain units with fitted appliances to include a 4 burner gas hob with oven below, extractor above, fridge and freezer. There is also a fitted Bosch dishwasher and wall mounted gas boiler. There is plenty of space in the kitchen for a breakfast/dining table. The sitting room is at the rear of the house and is a good size with sliding patio doors leading onto the garden. Upstairs, two of the bedrooms are good doubles whilst the third is a single. The master and second bedroom have built in double wardrobes. The bathroom is fitted with a cream coloured suite with a power shower unit over the bath. The windows are double glazed and the house is heated via a gas central heating system to radiators. Outside, the property is approached via a private driveway providing off street parking for around 3 cars and leading to the attached garage which is an excellent size with eaves storage space in the roof. We suspect it may be possible to extend above the garage and therefore add another bedroom/bathroom, all subject to the necessary planning consents of course. A side access leads to the rear garden which is a very good size for a modern house consisting of a full width paved patio leading to an expanse of lawn surrounded by shrubbery and enclosed by panel fencing. There is also a Scotts Pine and Oak tree."
