"This deceptively spacious four bedroom semi-detached house provides excellent accommodation with two reception rooms, kitchen/breakfast room and conservatory. The master bedroom is located on the top floor and benefits from an en-suite shower room with the three further bedrooms sharing a spacious bathroom on the first floor. The south facing rear garden has a large decking area, patio and gravel area which could be changed back in to lawn.

GROUND FLOOR The spacious ground floor accommodation is made up of two reception rooms, kitchen/breakfast room and conservatory. The cozy living room has a bay window facing to the front and double doors which open to the spacious dining room. Both the living and dining room benefit from wooden flooring. From the dining room there is a door to the kitchen/breakfast room which is fitted with a range of built in storage with work surfaces over, built in oven and hob. There is a door to the conservatory which overlooks the garden with double doors opening onto the patio. FIRST FLOOR The stairs lead from the ground floor to the first floor landing where bedrooms two, three and four can be found along with the family bathroom.
