"The house has been extremely well cared for during its life and is very much a house to which an incoming buyer can now move extremely easily, should they so wish. The principal living room is a large open plan space with a pleasing laminate wood floor and sliding doors from the dining room that lead out onto the terrace and the garden beyond. Off the dining room, the kitchen is fitted out with a range of wooden units and various integrated appliances including a stainless steel oven and hob and from the kitchen, there is a separate utility room with a further range of units, dishwasher and a door that leads out to a side access. On the first floor, there bedrooms are equally well presented, the main bedroom on the front having its own en-suite shower room while the second bedroom on the back has a built in wardrobe as does the third bedroom on the front. The family bathroom is fitted out with a white suite and all in all, this is a very attractive modern home that is also the end of a chain. Outside, the rear and front gardens are laid to lawn. In Knaphill village, there is an excellent range of local shops that cater for everyday needs along with excellent nursery and primary schools. Woking town centre with its far more extensive array of bars, cafes and restaurants is within easy reach and also has an excellent commuter station that runs into Waterloo. In the Peacocks shopping centre, there is also a multi screen cinema along with the New Victoria theatre and the wider area as a whole is surrounded by a good deal of open countryside, ideal for walking and cycling."
