"This cul de sac in Goldsworth Park was originally nursery land and offered to buyers as individual plots for them to build their own properties to a given design. Subsequently, they offer some of the few traditionally built, rather than timber framed houses on the estate. This is a fine example and is still owned by the original owners. On the ground floor, off the entrance hall is a modern refitted cloakroom with a white suite and attractive ceramic half tiled walls. The lounge/dining room spans the rear of the house and features French doors to the garden. There is a good sized kitchen/breakfast room refitted some 8/9 years ago with a range of light wood style base and eye level units with roll top work-surfaces and 4 ring gas hob with double oven below. There are spaces for dishwasher and upright fridge/freezer and a wall mounted Valliant gas boiler. There is a glazed door to the side and a front aspect window. Also off the entrance hall is the door to the integral garage which has plumbing for a washing machine to the rear? Upstairs, the bedrooms are very good sizes - all doubles - indeed a number of houses in this close offer the same square footage but actually have 4 bedrooms. The bathroom is also an exceptional size - fitted with a 'harvest gold' suite with corner bath and separate shower cubicle. Outside, to the front, there is off-street parking for 2 cars leading to the garage with an up and over door. The south facing garden extends to approx. 55ft and is well secluded. There is a paved patio spanning the width of the property leading to a well maintained lawn surrounded by mature shrubs and small trees. There is a timber garden shed."
