"Sitting in a quiet and attractive cul-de-sac location in Goldsworth Park, this is a very nicely presented and well cared 4 bedroom semi detached home that is within easy reach of the excellent local shops, including Waitrose, within Goldsworth Park. The house has been very much enjoyed by our clients during their time there and who have also maintained it very well. Throughout the house, the emphasis is on accommodation which is neutrally decorated, a fact which further adds to the overall feeling of light and space. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen/breakfast room fitted out with an excellent range of wood units and various integrated appliances and at one end, there is ample space for a family sized table making an excellent informal living/entertaining space. On the back, the sitting room runs the entire width of the property and has double opening doors that lead out onto the garden which is mainly lawned with a large area of raised decking at the far end. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, two overlooking the front and 2 overlooking the back as well as a large family bathroom and a separate shower room. Running down the left hand side of the house there is a driveway that allows for parking a number of cars off the road and which leads to what was originally a garage but is now converted into a secure storage area. This could easily be converted back into a garage however, should an incoming buyer so wish. Within easy reach of the house is Woking town centre which has been the subject of some significant investment in recent years and continues to be so, the result of which is a busy and contemporary town with an interesting collection of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops as well as the multi screen cinema and the New Victoria theatre in the Peacocks centre. Woking has a superb commuter station that runs into Waterloo and also an excellent coach service to Heathrow airport."
