"There is a lightness of accommodation about this house that makes it feel all the more spacious. On the ground floor, our clients have cleverly enhanced the space available and have created two superb sized interconnecting principal reception rooms. There is a useful open-plan study/homework area as you enter the house, ideal for a desk, bookshelves etc. The sitting room is a large square room with an attractive stone surround gas coal effect fire and front aspect bay window. Twin glazed doors open onto a very large dining room with engineered oak flooring and twin sets of French doors opening onto the patio, making this a very sociable room in the summer months. The kitchen/breakfast room has been extensively remodelled and fitted with a comprehensive range of units, worksurfaces and central breakfast bar with base level cupboards. Integral appliances include a 6 burner Neff gas hob with twin adjacent ovens below and Bosch dishwasher. There is a recess for an American style fridge/freezer. Double French doors lead to the patio.
