"Our clients were the first owners of this property and bought it directly from Barrett Homes when built in 1997. They have thoroughly enjoyed living here but it is now time for a new family to make it their home. The accommodation is well proportioned providing 2 separate reception rooms on the ground floor. The living room, to the front, has a deep bay window overlooking the pond and a timber surround fireplace with gas coal effect fire. The dining room is accessed from the lounge via a wide archway and has French doors leading to the garden. An open-plan kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with an attractive range of base and eye level cupboards and drawers and there is a built in oven and gas hob with spaces for dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A downstairs cloakroom is off the entrance hall which has an useful understairs recess and additional storage cupboard. Upstairs, the master bedroom features built in wardrobes and has its own refitted en-suite shower. Fitted with a white suite, it incorporates a lovely corner shower-cubicle and a back-to-wall wc. The family bathroom is also fitted with a modern white suite."
