"Summerley was built in 2012 by a renowned and established local developer to a high quality specification. This house is certainly not short on space and definitely creates the right impression as you enter the front door into a large reception hall with impressive porcelain tiled flooring which leads you inexorably towards the kitchen/family room via oak style twin doors. This is a superb room extending to nearly 35ft in depth. The kitchen area is superbly equipped with a comprehensive range of walnut effect units with a central granite topped workstation. Integral appliances include a 5 burner gas hob with chrome and glazed extractor hood over, separate double oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Further granite worktops abound. Beyond the kitchen is the family/dining area - with the amount of glazing it has the feel of a conservatory but with a solid vaulted ceiling - this is a wonderful area to sit and enjoy the garden. Further reception rooms include a front aspect sitting room and a large dining/family room with double doors opening onto the garden.
