"This detached home was originally built in 1966. Whilst immaculately presented, it does provide the buyer an opportunity to update in certain areas. There is a front entrance porch leading to the hallway with original parquet flooring and a downstairs cloakroom. The two reception rooms also features parquet flooring and are well proportioned, particularly the living room which has front and rear aspect windows and sliding patio doors to the garden. The kitchen is fitted with a range of white units and a 4 ring electric hob with separate oven. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are doubles lead off a wide landing. The bathroom is fitted with a white suite and has an electric shower unit. The windows has been refitted with uPVC double glazing and the heating is via a gas fired radiator system with recently installed condensing boiler. Outside - to the rear the garden is a particular attraction approaching 100' with a Southerly aspect. To the fore, a re-gravelled drive provides parking for a number of vehicles and gives access to a garage with electronic door."
