"We think, upon entering this fine detached home, there are a number of striking features that will put it high on your list of purchases. One of the these is the flooring - solid polished mahogany strips in the entrance hall with a lovely herringbone design in both principal receptions. The ground floor accommodation provides great flexibility for comfortable family living. The front room is perhaps a cosier sitting room with a lovely fireplace with real-flame gas fire. One wall is expertly finished with cream-painted panelled joinery and matching twin base level cabinets with bookshelves over to the perpendicular wall. Central glazed twin doors open to a larger sitting living room featuring an impressive French-polished mahogany fire surround with inset real flame gas fire. French patio doors lead to the rear garden and there is attractive cornicing and numerous recessed downlighters. The third reception is probably a study/family room and is also an excellent size.

The kitchen/dining room has been opened up to create a wealth of space and is fitted with a comprehensive range of gloss cream units with contrasting black granite worksurfaces, eyecatching black and white ceramic tiled floor and large sink unit comprising of twin bowls and twin stainless steel drainers. There is a fitted dishwasher and space for a double width range cooker with extractor canopy over. A utility 'corner' provides spaces for the usual appliances and there is a recently replaced Gloworm gas boiler. Off the kitchen, a beautiful shower room, fully tiled with a double width shower cubicle, all finished in an art-deco style.

Upstairs, where all four bedrooms are superb doubles. The master is currently in the process of being re-decorated and is a huge room with a full length range of fitted double wardrobes. There is an en-suite shower room with full ceramic tiled walls and a white suite. The family bathroom is also fitted with a modern white suite.

The house is heated via gas central heating to radiators and is double glazed with 'Pilkington K' glass."
