"The entrance hall is extremely welcoming. Turn right and bedroom two with attractive bay window and built in wardrobes and drawers. Bedroom three is a single and can also be used as a study. The modern shower room makes this the perfect area for guest or family. A spacious lounge with feature fireplace opens on to a vaulted dining area with patio doors leading on to the west backing rear garden. This is a fantastic living space and certainly has the WOW factor. From the dining area is an excellent sized family room. The hub of every home revolves around the kitchen/breakfast room and this property is certainly no exception to the rule. There is a fantastic space and excellent range of eye and base level cupboards as well as having breakfast bar.
