"Magnolia House is a substantial family home that has been meticulously and stylishly renovated and extended with enormous attention to detail throughout. Rooms that are beautifully proportioned are flooded with natural light, a fact that is enhanced by clean lined and neutral decoration, all of which makes this a home into which an incoming buyer could move extremely easily. The house has been designed to work extremely on both a practical day to day living basis as it does for entertaining particularly at the back where the huge kitchen/dining room opens out onto the rear terrace.

On the ground floor a substantial and welcoming entrance hall with a beautiful engineered oak floor immediately creates a feeling of space for the house while off to one side a large sitting room gives it a beautiful main reception room. On one wall there is a feature slate clad chimney breast and in one corner a very contemporary suspended fireplace while a deep bay window overlooks the beautiful Magnolia tree at the front of the house. On the back of the house, the kitchen/dining room is a fabulous day to day living space with a set if bi-fold doors that open up almost the whole of the back of the house onto the terrace while a roof lantern above allows in a great deal of natural light. The kitchen is fitted out to an exceptional standard with quartz worksurfaces and high gloss units and incorporates a double fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave grill and induction hob. This room works exceptionally well with the garden during the summer months and is of an outstanding size. Off to one side there is a large cinema room with concealed ceiling lighting while behind this, a very well proportioned family room has a whole range of built in cupboards and doors that lead out onto the terrace.

A large first floor landing leads to all of the bedrooms, the master of which is a very comfortable double with a beautiful Juliet balcony that overlooks the rear garden. This room also has its own large walk-in dressing room and a beautifully fitted en-suite shower room with twin contemporary sinks. The second bedroom on the back also has a very nicely fitted en-suite shower room as does the third double bedroom on the front and there are two further very comfortable bedrooms. The family bathroom is likewise beautifully fitted out with a contemporary suite. This is a home where a huge amount of thought has gone into the remodelling and the results very much speak for themselves."
