"NO CHAIN - Built in the early 1970s a very well presented detached 45 bedroom detached home with three bathrooms offering flexible accommodation and in a quiet setting.

Nestled towards the end of a popular established cul-de-sac within Pyrford this home has belonged to the family for almost 50 years has been much loved and cared for. With new carpets and benefiting from full double glazing and gas central heating throughout there is also the advantage of a new boiler installed in 2019. On the ground floor there is a wet room, utility room and a family room

(option for family room to be a bedroom if required). In 1981 the family room was completed and now has views and direct access to the garden and patio which has a south easterly aspect.
