Both the family room and conservatory have French doors to the garden, whilst in the 19ftx12ft living room there is an open fireplace, triple aspect and natural wood flooring all combining to give good light, perspective and tone. In the master bedroom there is an en-suite and dressing/storage area, including a balcony that overlooks the back garden. All the remaining bedrooms offer storage including additional cupboard space on the first floor landing. West Byfleet and Woking towns are both within two miles where there is choice of retail, services, entertainment including a cinema and theatre. For the commuter there is the choice of two mainline train stations both offering direct links to London Waterloo circa 30-35 minutes. Access to the A3 and M25 can be either via the Byfleet Road or alternatively taking the Pyrford Common Road via Ripley.
