This is a well proportioned property approaching 1500 square feet with potential for further extension (subject to planning). There are three good sized receptions on the ground floor with a generous kitchen breakfast room, cloakroom and utility space. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Situation
Located in the popular Surrey village of Brookwood, which has become very popular with the London commuter due to its excellent mainline railway station (approximately 0.4 miles) which provides a platform to platform service into London Waterloo in 31 minutes. Additionally Brookwood benefits from easy vehicular access to Woking, Guildford and Camberley town centres, as well as the M3, A3 / M25 roadways and some of the areas best schooling.
