"Houses of this particular design are few and far between in Woking and have certainly always been very popular, due in no small part to the particularly well planned accommodation which will suit many a family. Enter via modern composite front door into an entrance lobby that gives access to a downstairs cloakroom and also a very useful walk-in coats storage cupboard. A further door leads to the main reception hall which is particularly welcoming and with a central staircase. Double doors lead into the sitting room which is a fantastic size for family living. Double glazed French doors lead to a large modern conservatory (built within the past 10 years). Further reception areas include a dining room and separate study. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a range of white fronted units whilst fitted appliances include a 4 burner gas hob with separate double oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A huge separate utility room leads off the kitchen perpendicularly and could be opened up (including part of the garage) to create a larger kitchen/family area.

Upstairs are 5 individual bedrooms - 4 excellent doubles and a good size single. The en-suite shower-room to the master has been re-fitted and includes a modern multi-jet power-shower system. The family bathroom has also been refitted with a white suite and attractive ceramic tiling.

Windows are double glazed, heating is via a gas system to radiators and we are advised by our client there is cavity wall insulation."
