The property has been extended to provide a main bedroom with a large balcony over the extended kitchen and dining area. The house is double glazed and has gas central heating. Within a mile of the property there is a choice of two railway stations with services into Croydon and central London. The M25 motorway can be accessed via Junction 6 at nearby Godstone.
