"Having been extensively updated and improved by the current owners this property makes a great family home. The improvements that have been made have created an easy to maintain home ideal for a busy family, an investment or lock up and leave. The entire ground floor has been opened up to create a fluid open plan space. The high specification kitchen has been fitted with white high gloss lacquer eye and base units with drawers and cupboards fitted with a range of built in appliances including an inset ceramic hob, extractor and two large Siemens split level ovens, one of which incorporates a microwave oven and a warming drawer and has an expanse of quartz composite double depth worktops and breakfast bar. The kitchen seamlessly leads to the dining area which has double doors leading to and enjoys views of the rear garden, there is also space for a sofa so you can sit and relax and enjoy the views. Situation
