"Little Bassett is a recently constructed, detached property offering flexible family space over three floors and a large basement and has been completed to a high specification. The property has the benefit of full insulation, high ceilings, concrete floors to all levels and underfloor heating throughout. There is a high level of security with a Banham alarm, CCTV cameras and a recording system. On the ground floor and basement level, the property has eight reception rooms including formal drawing, dining and sitting rooms, a games room, separate media room and a gymnasium. The first and second floors have five bedroom suites and a grand master bedroom suite with "his and hers" dressing rooms. A selfn++ contained annexe has two further bedrooms, a sitting room, a kitchen and shower room making the space suitable for guests or a nanny. Gardens and grounds are approached along a block paved driveway with a large turning circle, the property has a quadruple size garage with access to a gardener's wc. There is a further parking area behind the garage. The gardens surround the property and are bordered by mature tress and hedging to give privacy and seclusion. The landscaped gardens are mainly laid to lawn and is approximately just over one acre.

Directions: From London take the A3 to the Cobham exit, taking the Byfleet Road (A245). Turn right at the traffic lights into Seven Hills Road. Proceed for approximately 2 miles and turn left at the second roundabout into Queens Road. Take the third turning on the left into Old Avenue and follow into St George's Hill through the security gate. Turn right into Chestnut Avenue and then left into Cavendish Road, follow the road until the junction of West Road turning right down the hill. Take the next right into Granville Road and follow the road to the end. Little Bassett can be found directly in front of you."
