They have planning permission to extend and improve the property. The ground floor has an entrance hall which leads to two principal reception rooms. The dining room is at the back of the property and enjoys views of the rear garden. The kitchen is fitted with a range of eye level and base level units with plenty of worktops. There is a separate study accessed via the kitchen and a cloakroom to complete the ground floor. To the first floor there are four double bedrooms and a large family bathroom.

The property is situated approximately 2 miles from West Byfleet town centre which has a comprehensive array of local and High Street branded shops. For the commuter West Byfleet has an excellent service into London Waterloo with the fast service taking approximately 30 minutes with only 2 other stops.
