"Built in the 1960s is this three bedroom terraced home offering all the feeling of a cottage and set within a small private cul-de-sac central for Byfleet village. Downstairs in the hallway and living/dining areas there is the original parquet flooring with patio doors accessing out to the covered patio and southerly facing garden. Shared with the neighbour there is a passage from the front of the property via a secure gate leading into the garden which is mostly laid to lawn with a mature and varied selection of plants and shrubs. To the end of the private road there is a garage within a private block and additional parking. Byfleet village has a range of local shops and services whilst on the Brooklands site there is the extended Marks & Spencer/Tesco superstores and retail park. By road the A3 and M25 are within three miles, whilst London Waterloo can be accessed by direct train services in as little as 30-35 minutes in peak times from West Byfleet. Also there is an all day car park at West Byfleet station, whilst Byfleet/New Haw station is an alternative option located within one and quarter miles.
