"A pleasure to introduce to the market this attractive and highly spacious family home. Semi -detached 4 bedroom property located in a quiet Cul-de-Sac in Byfleet Village. The property offers a huge amount of curb appeal as well as plenty of living and accommodation space. Entering the property in to the hallway the double doors lead in to a large sitting room hosting feature fireplace. With large windows at the front of the house this room is light and airy. From the sitting room doors you are lead in to a good sized dining area. The kitchen is spacious and inclusive of plenty of storage with wooden base units and plenty of preparation space with Black work surfaces. Integrated appliances inclusive of fridge freezer and dish washer, Oven, gas hob and microwave. The double windows within this room look into the conservatory. The conservatory is extremely large and light with views out on to the garden and access outside from the double doors this is a really nice additional living space and is currently being used for dining and living. Downstairs there is also a cloakroom with WC and hand-basin. Upstairs on level one there are three very good sized bedrooms two large double rooms and one large single currently hosting a 4ftx 6 bed.
