"Stepping out into the established and mature rear garden on an early summers day, it is hard to believe that Waterloo station is only half an hour away. The sense of relaxation can be fully enjoyed and is enhanced by the seclusion created within mature boundaries and is a real treat. The garden extends to just over 100 feet in depth and faces in a westerly direction, making an ideal venue for afternoon and evening entertaining. The generous gardens also continue along the front aspect where the wide frontage (50 feet) provides space for an "in out" driveway while still retaining the character of this leafy and tree-lined environment. Built in 1934 this detached bay fronted property offers a traditional layout, providing two separate reception rooms with high ceilings and fireplaces, in addition to a kitchen-breakfast room incorporating a generous seating area. Further points of interest include a ground floor guest w.c., three good size double bedrooms, and a large three piece family bathroom suite, also fitted with a separate walk-in shower.
