"Burwood Park Road is one of Walton's most sought after locations outside the private gated estates of Ashley and Burwood Park. Perfectly positioned for key school catchment areas suiting family buyers and commuters alike with the excellent service to London Waterloo. Immediately as you enter the reception hall it becomes self evident that this home has been a happy home for many years and retains numerous features from a bygone era.
